Use of this website

This website is provided by HVAC Carlisle PA for general information about our heating and cooling services. By using it you agree to these terms.

Content on this site — including troubleshooting guidance, cost ranges and maintenance advice — is general information, not a diagnosis of your specific equipment and not a quote for your specific property. Nothing here creates a contractor relationship until we have visited your property and you have approved a written scope of work.

Cost information

Any dollar figures published on this site are Pennsylvania statewide planning proxies intended for budgeting. They are not confirmed quotes for work in Carlisle or anywhere else. Final pricing requires a site assessment and is provided in writing.

We review published ranges periodically, but equipment, labor, incentive, permit and material costs change. Verify current pricing with us directly before making financial decisions.

Estimates and scope

Written estimates identify the equipment, capacity, efficiency rating, labor, modifications, permits, startup testing, disposal, warranty coverage and exclusions applicable to the proposed work. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document.

Conditions concealed within a structure — inaccessible ductwork, undisclosed prior modifications, code deficiencies, or damage not visible during assessment — may require a change order. We will inform you and obtain approval before performing work outside the approved scope.

Safety and emergency guidance

Emergency guidance on this site is general safety information. If you suspect a gas leak, if a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, or if there is fire, smoke or an electrical hazard, leave the building immediately and call 911 or your utility from a safe location before contacting any contractor.

Do not attempt repairs on fuel-burning or energized equipment. Nothing on this site should be read as instruction to service equipment yourself.

Warranties

Contractor labor warranties and manufacturer parts warranties are separate and are stated separately on your proposal and invoice. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms, including registration requirements and, in most cases, documented annual professional maintenance.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, alterations by others, power events, flooding, or conditions outside our control.

Payment

Payment terms, milestones and any deposit are stated on your written proposal. Diagnostic fees are payable at the time of service and are credited toward approved repair work performed on that visit as described on the proposal.

Permits and inspections

Where a project requires a permit, the responsible party is identified in writing on the proposal. On projects where we pull the permit, we schedule the inspection and provide closeout documentation as part of the agreed price.

Reviews and testimonials

Testimonials displayed on this site are labeled where they are illustrative examples rather than verbatim customer submissions. We disclose this on the pages where such content appears.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, HVAC Carlisle PA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from information published on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
